Jody Forsyth co-founded Annapolis in 2006. For the 11 years prior, Jody served as an officer or director of and consulted to numerous public and private oil and gas companies. Having served as an officer or director of 14 oil & gas companies, Jody has a wealth of experience in the oil and gas business, structuring and managing equity financings, corporate sale transactions, and corporate governance matters. Jody was a Vice President of both Krang Energy Inc. and Berland Exploration Ltd. and served as Corporate Secretary of Avalanche Energy Limited, Passage Energy Inc., Ice Energy Limited, Glacier Energy Limited and Evolve Exploration Ltd. and a director of Venturion Oil Limited and Astra Oil Corporation. Jody is currently a director of Amicus Petroleum Inc. Jody also sits on the Board of Trustees (and executive and investment committees) of the College of William & Mary Foundation in Williamsburg, Virginia. Jody earned a B.Sc. (mathematics) and Dip. Eng. in 1985 and an LL.B. and M.B.A. in 1989, all from Dalhousie University. Jody completed an LL.M. in 2008 at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
