At Annapolis, our top priority remains the health and welfare of our staff, our stakeholders and the greater community. We want to ensure that everyone who enters our office feels safe and they are able to execute on their job responsibilities while at the same time maintain their health and well-being. As such, our office operating protocols have been designed to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 to anyone entering our space. In developing our plan, we have taken into account the Province of Alberta’s “Relaunch Strategy”, path forward and General Relaunch Guidance as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act in Alberta.

The plan to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 within our office and among our staff and guests is comprised of protocols that provide for the screening of symptoms, distancing measures, enhanced cleaning and wearing of personal protective equipment.

For guests attending meetings at our office, please complete our β€œANNAPOLIS MEETING GUEST QUESTIONNAIRE” above, which should also have been included in the meeting invitation. You will be required to complete the questionnaire prior to attending the meeting. If you answer β€œYES” to any of the questions, in person attendance at the meeting will not be possible. Your meeting organizer may arrange for your virtual attendance at the meeting.
